Ansiei is a fully approved thoroughbred stallion and with winnings of over £188,000 he is a proven performer. He has a superb pedigree containing not one, but two crosses of the famous Grey Sovereign.
The Grey Sovereign line has been extremely influential in infusing blood in European warmbloods and appears in the pedigree of many top show jumpers including Olympic performers Clinton and Corrado. Ansiei is a stakes winner and was second (beaten by a short head) in the 2010 Italian Derby. He returned to training after time off for covering and finished third in a maiden hurdle at Limerick on his first run back, showing that not only does he have speed he also has a super jump. He is an impressive looking horse and an athletic mover with an uphill trot and canter. He has proved that not only is he a beautiful looking horse he is also a top class racehorse and athlete. He is a fine choice for your racing mare but also this is an equally fabulous opportunity to use a quality thoroughbred to enhance your sport horse or to bring some added refinement to your riding horse or for the show ring.
Ansiei’s older crops are now under saddle in Europe, Ireland the UK. They are proving to be have a great temperament, trainable with an excellent jump. They are competing with amateur and professional riders who all have nothing but praise for them.
